Dr Andy Hepke (B.Ost, Member of AOA)
Registered Osteopath
As the founder and Principal Osteopath at Northside Osteopathy in Aspley, Dr Andy Hepke is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.
Originally trained in London at the British School of Osteopathy, Andy is committed to using evidence-informed treatments to ensure the highest standard of care. His approach is to identify the most suitable treatment for each individual and provide personalised care accordingly — and if a particular condition is beyond his expertise, he will refer you to the most appropriate healthcare professional or suggest alternative management strategies.
His goal is not only to treat the specific problems patients present with, but also to help them understand their conditions and manage their own health and wellbeing. Passionate about maintaining his own fitness and leading a healthy, balanced life, Andy encourages patients to stay active and make healthy lifestyle choices — always in a non-judgmental, compassionate, and empathetic environment.
An Individualised Approach
Every person's body — and every injury — is unique. Andy takes the time to understand each patient's story, lifestyle, and goals before designing a treatment plan. His techniques include:
Advanced Therapies
Andy integrates advanced technologies into osteopathic care for faster, more effective results — including Radial Shockwave Therapy (RSW) for acute and chronic tendinopathies, and MLS (Multi-wave Locked System) Laser Therapy to manage a range of musculoskeletal issues effectively.
When appropriate, Andy prescribes specific exercises and offers advice on stress management and lifestyle factors to support overall wellbeing and long-term health.
